These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GEXOptionsTrading, including our website, Discord community, subscription plans, trade alerts, market commentary, educational materials, GEX analysis, tools and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By purchasing a subscription, starting a free trial, accessing paid areas of our Discord community, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, “GEXOptionsTrading”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the service operated by the person identified above.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use any paid GEXOptionsTrading service.
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing options-related educational content, market commentary or trading alerts is lawful in your jurisdiction.
We may refuse or terminate access where required by law or where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.
3. Nature of the Service
GEXOptionsTrading provides educational and informational content relating primarily to SPX options trading, including, depending on the selected membership:
SPX trade alerts
Trade management updates
Market analysis
GEX and market-structure analysis
Educational materials and courses
Discord community access
Tools, integrations and other features made available from time to time
The precise features included in each membership are described on our website at the time of purchase.
The Service may evolve over time and individual features may be modified, replaced or discontinued provided that this does not unlawfully deprive consumers of services already purchased.
4. No Personalized Investment Advice
GEXOptionsTrading provides general educational and informational material.
The Service does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax or legal advice and does not take into account your individual financial situation, investment objectives, experience, risk tolerance or circumstances.
GEXOptionsTrading does not execute trades on your behalf, hold customer funds or securities, or act as your broker or custodian.
Nothing published through the Service should be understood as a guarantee or promise that a particular trade or strategy will be profitable.
You remain solely responsible for deciding whether, when and how to trade.

5. Subscription Plans
GEXOptionsTrading currently offers the following standard monthly subscriptions:
GEX Alerts — $49 USD per month
GEX Premium — $69 USD per month
The features included in each plan are displayed on the GEXOptionsTrading website.
Prices may change in the future. Any change applicable to an existing recurring subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.
6. Seven-Day Free Trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial.
A valid payment method is required when beginning the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your selected subscription will automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription and the applicable monthly price will be charged to your payment method.
The date and amount of the upcoming charge are displayed during Stripe Checkout.
Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person, household, payment method or Discord account where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.
Creating multiple accounts or using other methods to repeatedly obtain free trials is prohibited.
7. Automatic Renewal and Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize Stripe and GEXOptionsTrading to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee to the payment method you provide at each renewal.
Your billing date will normally correspond to the date determined by Stripe after your trial or initial subscription period.
It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the GEXOptionsTrading Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting:
support@gexoptionstrading.com
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally result in a prorated refund for the unused portion of an already-paid billing period.
If you cancel during a free trial before the first charge occurs, you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee.
Access may remain available until the end of the applicable paid billing period unless Stripe or the Service indicates otherwise.
9. European Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing equivalent mandatory rights, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
Where you expressly request that the Service begin during the withdrawal period, applicable law may permit us to charge an amount proportionate to the Service supplied before you exercise your right of withdrawal.
Certain statutory exceptions may also apply once particular digital services or content have been supplied, where the legal requirements for those exceptions have been satisfied.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

10. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
This policy does not affect statutory rights, including any applicable consumer withdrawal, refund or remedy rights.

11. Grandfathered Pricing
Certain existing or selected members may receive a private grandfathered membership price.
For example, eligible members may be offered GEX Alerts at $29 USD per month instead of the standard public price.
Grandfathered pricing:
Is available only to users expressly offered that price by GEXOptionsTrading
Is personal and non-transferable
May be provided through a private Stripe checkout link
Generally remains valid only while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active
May be lost if the user voluntarily cancels the qualifying subscription
May also be lost when switching away from the grandfathered plan unless GEXOptionsTrading expressly confirms otherwise
A temporary payment failure will not automatically be treated as a voluntary cancellation where Stripe continues attempting to collect payment or another reasonable grace period is provided.
GEXOptionsTrading may restore grandfathered pricing at its discretion where a subscription was interrupted because of a genuine billing or technical error.
Grandfathered pricing cannot normally be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly stated.
12. Discord Access
Certain features of the Service are delivered through Discord.
You are responsible for maintaining your own Discord account and complying with Discord’s terms and policies.
Subscription access may require connecting your Discord account with our membership system.
Your membership is intended for one individual only.
You may not:
Share paid Discord access with another person
Sell or transfer your membership
Provide another person with your account credentials
Intentionally bypass membership permissions or access controls
Following cancellation, expiration or non-payment of a subscription, corresponding Discord roles and paid access may be removed.
Technical delays in role assignment or removal may occasionally occur.
13. Community Conduct
Users must interact respectfully with other community members.
We may restrict or terminate access for conduct including:
Harassment or threats
Spam
Scams or fraudulent activity
Impersonation
Distribution of malware
Unauthorized advertising
Deliberate disruption of the community
Sharing or reselling paid GEXOptionsTrading content
Attempts to circumvent subscription controls
Where reasonably possible, enforcement will be proportionate to the circumstances.
Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, GEXOptionsTrading owns or lawfully uses the content made available through the Service, including:
Trade-alert formats
Written analysis
Market commentary
Educational materials
Academy materials
Graphics
Documentation
Proprietary frameworks
Databases and compilations
Branding and website content
Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit paid content without prior written permission.
In particular, systematic reposting of paid alerts or educational material to another Discord server, Telegram group, website or paid community is prohibited.
15. Trading and Market Risk
Options trading involves substantial risk.
SPX options, including 0DTE options, can experience rapid price changes and may result in significant losses.
Actual results obtained by members may differ materially from examples, alerts or results displayed by GEXOptionsTrading due to factors including:
Entry timing
Execution price
Bid/ask spreads
Liquidity
Slippage
Commissions and fees
Account size
Position sizing
Broker differences
Market volatility
Delayed notifications
Individual trade-management decisions
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
No win rate, historical performance figure or previous profitable period guarantees future profitability.
16. Trade Alerts and Execution
Trade alerts are provided for informational and educational purposes.
We cannot guarantee that every subscriber will receive or execute an alert at the same price or time.
Markets can move significantly between publication of an alert and a subscriber’s execution.
Subscribers should independently evaluate every trade and determine appropriate position sizing and risk.
You should never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.
17. Technical Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service depends in part on third-party providers, which may include:
Stripe
Discord
Website hosting providers
Automation services
Market-data providers
Internet and communications infrastructure
Temporary outages, delayed alerts, API failures, Discord issues, payment-processing failures or other technical problems may occur.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve material problems but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
18. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms.
Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
GEXOptionsTrading is not responsible for independent actions, outages or policies of third-party providers except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, GEXOptionsTrading may offer promotional codes, referral benefits, introductory pricing, free periods or private offers.
Each promotion may have separate eligibility requirements and expiration conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We may reject attempts to fraudulently obtain or repeatedly exploit promotional benefits.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably justified, including for:
Non-payment
Fraud or chargeback abuse
Unauthorized redistribution of content
Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
Unlawful conduct
Security threats
Termination by us does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GEXOptionsTrading is not liable for trading losses, investment losses, missed opportunities or losses arising from a user’s independent decision to execute or not execute a trade.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
22. No Guarantee of Results
No statement, alert, statistic, testimonial, historical result, backtest or performance report constitutes a guarantee of future performance.
Individual results vary.
Trading carries risk and losses are possible even when using strategies that have historically demonstrated high win rates.
23. Changes to the Service
We may improve, modify or replace aspects of the Service over time.
We may also introduce new membership plans or features.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription or your legal rights, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, technology or business practices.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest revision.
Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated where legally required.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer and any specific terms displayed during checkout, constitute the agreement governing your use of the paid Service.
In the event of a conflict with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement will prevail.
